Hollis Academy, Greenville, South Carolina. A 120,000 gsf, all year operation, elementary academy. Project elements included 52 K-5 classrooms, special education, english as second language, computer center, and media center. Site development emphasized renovation of 45,000 gsf of existing facilities, and addition of 75,000 gsf. Significant considerations included maintaining elementary school operation, on site, and 2 phased construction, while maximizing community benefit.
