Lexington County Government Complex and Courthouse, Lexington, South Carolina. The project includes the planning, design, scheduling, and cost development for 10.5 acre downtown campus. The total master plan includes a 90,000 gsf new courthouse, renovation and addition of a 87,000 gsf county administration facility, adaptive reuse of a 40,000 gsf existing courthouse, parking plaza, and site development of 27 million dollars.
