The Tindal House was managed on a design/construct basis, with the architect acting as the General Contractor/Construction Manager. The restoration and reconstruction included the complete modernization of this historic 1920's craftsman style bungalow. Ultimately the project established a new market standard for smaller properties within the historic area.
